Site redesign

eBay Motors wanted to exponentially increase revenue by converting a mass market customer base already on the site while doing no harm to its loyal car enthusiast customers. eBay's UX team drove a user-centric design approach to product design using methodologies such as personas and design thinking to help the business commit to taking calculated risks in order to serve the new customer base.

My role: principal user researcher working as part of a multi-disciplinary product team. Developed personas, conducted user interviews and multiple rounds of usability testing.
