Site makeover
The French beauty retailer launched their e-commerce destination to coincide with major U.S. store openings. Working closely with the UX design team, I developed an information architecture strategy to unify the .Sephora brand and product offerings across online and offline channels. I used a combination of site maps, conceptual models and prototypes to drive stakeholder consensus.
