In 2007 eBay's UX team embarked on a simplification project to re-design the eBay interface design and content systems. The team developed a more visual appeal and consistency in terms of interaction design as well as a friendlier voice and content strategy that could be scaled across multiple international sites.
My role: project lead for a team of visual designers, interaction designers and content strategists
